Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Enrolling in a course reserves your place for a set of scheduled live sessions. Once your payment is confirmed, we create Google Calendar events with Google Meet links for your sessions and send a confirmation email. Session times are communicated at enrollment and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.

• Course fees are shown at the point of enrollment.
• Payment is arranged directly with us over Telegram.
• Your place and session scheduling are activated only after we confirm your payment.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your own payment provider.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how much notice you give and how many sessions have already taken place. Sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable. We may offer a rescheduled session in place of a refund at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or session access with others.
• Record, redistribute, or resell session content without written permission.
• Disrupt sessions or harass the coach or other participants.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Course materials, curriculum, and content are owned by Code Coaching X Henry Chea and provided to you for personal learning only. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Coaching is educational in nature; we do not guarantee any specific job, career, or financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
